RCW Accounting Privacy Policy

Google data we access and why
With an authorized Google account, configured workflows may read, create or update selected Google Drive files and links for receipts and invoices; read and update Google Sheets rows for forms and reservations; use Gmail to send reservation messages; and create Google Calendar reservation events. We use this data only to run these workflows at the account holder’s direction.

Processing and sharing
The workflows run in our self-hosted n8n installation. Data may be stored in the connected Google account and, where a workflow calls for it, transferred to Notion or sent as a notification through Telegram. Documents submitted for receipt processing may be sent to Mistral for OCR. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We do not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models.

Access, retention and control
Access to the automation and connected accounts is restricted to authorized operators. Google data remains in the connected account unless an authorized workflow changes or removes it. n8n execution records and copies sent to connected services are retained as needed for operations and applicable obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of data under our control, email us at the address above. You can revoke this app’s Google access at any time in your Google Account security settings.
